    TN Constitutional cary?

    Can you concealed carry in TN without a permit or not, and what about non residents? I am getting conflicting info on this. I know in OH, KY, and WV as long as you are a US citizen of legal age, 18 or 21 depending on State and legally allowed to own a firearm no permit is needed.

    In TN now as long as you can legally purchase and own a handgun you can carry it, either open or concealed
