Can you run a Garmin transducer at the same time as Lowrance?

I currently have a Lowrance Total Scan transducer 83/200 khz mounted, if I mount a Garmin GT56UHD 70/83/200 khz will I get interference running them both at same time? Does it make a difference if you run them in different frequencies? different modes such as side-scan on one and normal sonar on the other? Mounting distance apart?

    Thanks for any info!

I run a Lowrance 3-in-1 and Garmin GT-36 with no issues at all.

Any time I've ran two transducers at the same time, I've gotten interference. Some can find ways to make it work, but I've never had any luck.

That is what I am worried about, hoping someone has the magic recipe and willing to share.

I have 3 ducers, Lowrance, GT8 and GT15....all 2d right next to each other.....i have ran them together but i think they were on different frequencies as the Lowrance is just 200khz while the Garmin was different....no issues.....if yours is installed you can try it, wont hurt any worst case you get interference.
