I used a torch to heat mine up and it made the process a lot easier. Don’t get crazy with the heat but they will pop off easily with a little heat. Definitely change o ring and yes I would replace the wear ring

I took a metal chisel as wide as the wear sleeve, one pop with a hammer and they come right off.
