DFI is different than a standard 2 stroke. So, what are you wanting to do?

I am using DFI oil but read not to use it to mix in fuel so want to know if Pennzoil premium plus is ok to mix with fuel in fuel tank and the right mix.

150:1 is the ratio if you're using PREMIUM PLUS in your fuel as mentioned in the FAQ Section. 4.4oz per 5 gallons of fuel, 8.8oz per 10 gallons of fuel.
That's 0.88oz per gallon.
I would stick with the Mercury or Quicksilver Premium PLUS for this purpose.
