    Instant Pot

Am I the only one who’s gotten spoiled to using these? Cooking rice, thawing out chicken, a quick pot of beans, I love this thing!

We love ours too. Have cooked a lot of different foods pretty quickly, but a word of caution: if too much liquid is in the removable cooking pan while cooking,it can/will bubble over and spill down to the bottom of the heating unit, and will be toast! My wife knows firsthand

I have a brand new spare still in the box if it ever happens again.

Hard boiled eggs are another great use. The eggs always peal perfect, no pock or divots.

best hard boiled eggs ever! I put them on the wire rack with water just below, pressure cook for 4 minutes then 5 min on pressure release before releasing pressure manually then into ice water. Never had a bad one and easiest peeling I ever seen. Only way to go!

Use mine just about daily at the hotel, when traveling for work. Usually quick type dinners like hamburger helper with some veggies, pasta, chicken and rice, etc. If I have a day off, a lot of times, I can prep about 1-2 weeks worth of lunch/dinner meals in a few hours. Lunch gets warmed up in the microwave at the job site. Dinner gets reheated in a hot water bath (pseudo sous vide), with some salad.

After YEARS of trying different methods and carrying all manner of cooking tools when I am on the road for several days to 1+ months at a time, the instant pot is far and above the BEST all-around solution for my situation.

Frozen goose breasts falling apart in 1-1/2 hours! Awesomest gadget ever.

Picked mine up right after my divorce, and have used it several times a week since.

Real good for doing ribs quick. I eventually got the air fryer lid. Filet mignon comes out amazing in the fryer.
