First thing I did was share the video. Dude made himself look like a clown. Let the world see it. By his own words “you aren’t the first I’ve run off and I’ll run some more off”. Maybe hole protecting for his buddy is more appropriate than home sitting.

Was this fabricated to try and create a new reality show? I’m not sure which of the videos was the most ridiculous.

I wouldn’t be too concerned about ending up in court recall another Bass Fishing Lawyer making insinuations of litigation over a tournament a few years ago that never came to fruition.

It’s a good thing he’s a lawyer so he doesn’t have to bill himself for wasting time filing frivolous lawsuits.

Wonder where it actually happened. In Alabama, he could be charged with criminal impersonation. Can't find same statute for Georgia.
Can't prove he was hole sitting but what if they could figure out if he was marking areas. It would be simple to stage yourself in an area "near" or a few hundred yards of where some designated person should stop. Let's say we discuss the juice in a point in time prior to the tournament and I have idled around, found that the school of fish is on said juice, and sat a few hundred yards away and my guy drives down the lake and sees my wrapped boat that is easy to identify and he stops to fish. That's hardly hole sitting but the tournament participant has in a discreet way of getting information. How many other spots has this happened during the tournament?

He challenges anyone to prove he was hole sitting, can he prove he wasn't hole sitting or tipping off information just the same?

It's not what you did, it what you can prove.
