What do you want to know? If you do some searching around here there is a lot of good info about the zx boats, and the differences between them and the I and FX class.
IMO it’s a good boat, certainly a lot of boat, but for me would mostly depend on how it was cared for and serviced. Should ride well and will fish like you’re standing on a dock.

They built them very well back then
The 300 is a great big water boat
Motor is the biggest issue if it wasn’t maintained correctly
Pull the center portion of the rub rail at the nose and stern and look for missing or broken screws – a few lose ones is normal just tighten them down
If it still has the touch pad control panel you will need to look into the rocker switch panel conversion as the touch pad will go south on you
Trailer is another issue as ezloaders and the UFP breaks need constant maintenance
