    Need advice

I have a 2016 triton 19trx with a 225 pro xs 2 stroke. Was running a 26p tempest the was blueprinted my mark croxton. I was gettin 67-68 at 5400-5500. I just put a 25p tempest plus and I’m gettin 65-66 at 5500-5600. I feel like I should have gained more rpm’s in the drop in pitch. Does that seem right or is this normal amount gain and if not what’s some stuff I should check

IMO you should be able to turn ~5900 RPM and run +/-70 with the 25. Could be you're not getting wide open throttle. I believe the procedure to check for that is in the FAQ pinned in the Merc 3 liter forum below. Good luck!

do you have daul power poles. i know that is adding weight and drag to my rig but still think i should be turning more rpms with a 25p tempest. i ran a 25p fury and was pretty much same as both the tempest i am running but the fury had no bow lift

It’s in hydraulic jack plate. Haven’t physically check measurement just been adjusting while running to find wat does best.
