    Okeechobee early March

I have a few days to fish March 9-14. I'm trying to keep tackle at a minimum. What should I bring? Any help will be appreciated.

Worm rod for stick baits with 20 lb copoly or fluoro. One with 50 lb braid for paddle tails (like a big ez) ,which can double for a poppin frog rod. Chatter bait rod and a flippin stick with 65 lb braid. Walking a frog is a waste of time down there imo ,you just need to pop it. Spro popping frog in black or killer gill. You could throw a prop bait and a lipless on your chatter bait rod.

No fish in Okeechobee in March they all go on vacation, Try another lake in another state!

The only thing I will add is a black popping frog. On flipping baits, 6" stick bait and creature baits in black/blue and junebug colors. Weights needed are 3/16 oz to 1.5 oz.

This list covers the standard baits.
