    I finally have the new boat all rigged up and ready for the water on Tuesday to do that crappy outboard breakin..
    ...weather has been absolutely shit here in Iowa. cold and high winds the last couple weeks everytime on my days off! I have 2 more of those tackle webs and graph glass coming to install. then once it's warm enough will be getting a keel shield!

    I made them out of 1 inch pvc. cut them at 14 inches long. 1 1/8 table end caps.48 inch bungee cords. drilled 3/8 holes in the end caps. used a a piece of paracord to pull the end caps onto the bungee. of course painted them. I wanted to name them something other than dock sticks. so came up with dock dix for a little humor.

    Great idea.... when you get a moment could you share a picture of how they work at a dock? My guess is they hold you out from dock, but what stops you from moving fore-aft?
