How's the fishing at at Jordan?

Trying to decide where to go this weekend. Has anybody been to Jordan lately? What are the fish doing?

Out today, water was 57-58. Fish caught in 6-8’ fishing slow, some of the ladies had nice, fat bellies. And yes, at times the wind blew a little…

I went on Sunday and caught six fish. Four keepers. Caught my personal best of 10.20. Also had a 6 pounder. The two big fish bit after 2:00 pm.

He then had 29 lbs on Sunday. So roughly 59 lbs in 2 days. I'd say if you can find them it's fishing pretty good. I know the guys that came in 2nd Saturday with 29.

Water temps at 6 am was 60 and water temps at 6 pm was 62.7
Not a bite for us until 3 pm and we had to run up the hall and fish in some of those coves on the left running up.
We ended up catching 11 bass in 1 cove and 4 bass was between 3 to 3.5 lbs the rest was all shorts.
    spinner baits
    jerk baits
    senko

All The bigger fish came 2’ from the bank in 2-3’ of water.
Nothing big at all hooked up today. Not a bite the first 6 hours.
good luck to you all going this weekend.

Good to know it wasn’t just me. I had one bite before 3pm yesterday as well. I was heading back to the ramp to go home and pulled into a new pocket To eat a honeybun and look around. By 4:20 I had 20Lbs by myself off of one point.

No sir they got lit around 2-5pm yesterday. Ours was ALL in the back in less than 5’ of water and there was some big ones in there. Glad you had a honeybun in the right location.
