It's pretty obvious why they all went to LIV. This last tournament was the first that was televised and I tried watching it and just couldn't. I love the Mayakoba course but it's a bunch of second tier golfers with a couple of top tier guys. I just don't see it surviving long term. David Feherty was the only entertaining part of it... he is great.

Look deep enough I'm sure you can find fault with many things we all support in one form or fashion.

Considering you are typing that comment on a device depending on foreign parts your backing them. Right...

20 something sponsors of the PGA Tour derive a major portion of their business from Saudi Arabia. So, now who again is it backing the PGA. Always good to learn your facts before posting.

I liked all the “growing the sport” BS as a reason for leaving. Garbage. Just admit you want the quick payout and never have to practice ever again.

I am not sure how "honorable" the money is that comes form the financial investment firms and insurance companies that support a large part of the PGA.

Have you looked at the PGA’s balance sheet closely?

The Saudis have more money than God. They are paying Chritiano Ronaldo $75M per year for a move to their pro soccer league.

If these banks and large corporations are able to spend this much on golf sponsoring i wouldnt say they were all that great. They could just quit raping people of their money instead

All the players that moved to LIV have been very clear why they moved, totally for $$ and fewer days of working.

Top 4 guys in that tourney took home over a $1M. 48th (last) place took home $120k!
