    52" shaft Ultrex on a Puma STS?

    Does the head of the TM get in the way of opening and closing the port rod locker lid?

    Unless you have it jacked way up for shallow water. You won’t have an issue

    I had a 52 inch on a puma FTD and it was no problem. If you fish any open water that is the shaft length you need.
