Dang that’s pretty bad. Idk what happened to them. They returned a lot of starters. Doesn’t bother me because I can’t stand that school.
Did they miss 2 extra points? Oh, sorry, I thought it was the sport that mattered.
Yea they made it to the finals last year I think it was. Don’t know what has happened to them.
Hard to imagine March Madness without NC, but that may be the case this year.
Anyone remember the runnin rebels of Vegas in the late 80’s/90’s. Loved to watch Larry Johnson shoot a free throw, he had a little pause just before he released the ball, guys would get lane violations trying to get rebound positions.
My senior year of HS we were blanked for an entire 1st half. It was late season and we were looking past the other team that we should have handled easily. It was also a Sat AM game after a 3 hour bus ride and we were treated to a big breakfast at the local restaurant. I was on the coach's sh!t list for no real reason and he was playing a sophomore in my place. The other team were packing it in the paint so the guards would swing it to the soph in the corner over and over but he couldn't hit a bucket that day. We took it to the hoop in the second half and made it a game but couldn't get out of the hole we'd dug. That was a long ride home.
Their coach is not very good.

I have absolutely no idea but my guess would be the last time NC scores less than 19 points in a half would've been in the '60's with Dean Smith's "four corners offense" which eventually ushered in the shot clock rule. Low scoring games during that era became the rule rather than the exception in the ACC.
That was before my time but that must have been so boring to watch.
Even the players have said they are struggling.
