Quality of fishing directly correlates with the grass. KY Lake and Pickwick are running the same cycle. The grass totally disappeared on KY lake and the fishing was still good for a couple years then went down hill fast. The grass has now disappeared on Pickwick and we are now starting to see the decline.Originally Posted by Bama361
People wanted to blame the carp and tournaments on KY lake. Tournaments are taking the majority of the blame on Pickwick. Do those things help? No obviously not, but they are no where near as big of a deal as the absence of grass.
