I thought this was an interesting (and pretty accurate) rating of all the NFL starting QB's based on their actual performance vs. their salary. There are some very highly paid QB's who are clearly not worth what they are getting paid.

Looking at Jalen Hurts. Dude is going to get one heck of a contract next year. The problem with that is he's going to suck up a TON of salary cap, which means he won't have as good of a team around him.
That's one thing Brady always did smartly. He took a lot less of a salary so that money could be spent on better players around him.
