There are 5 different Helix 12 second generation models, you have to match the unit model and software version exactly.

Is a 12 gen2 SI, I see they have multiple on the website for it. It will not take the update and I can’t figure out why
There are two SI G2N, you have to select the correct one. Look at the unit model name in the SYSTEM STATUS view=match that.Originally Posted by mikerich
