Unpainted sportmaster cleaning

What do you use to get a sportmaster clean? I fish a lot and mine gets stained. Any help?

WD40 and a green scotch brite pad.

WD40 the clean all protect all water displacement spray. Once you clean it with WD40 you may never have to clean it again…

I used to use Eagle 1 etching mag wheel cleaner , spray on wait one minute hose off , looks new after.

Thanks guys. I was using aluminum wheel cleaner from NAPA and it pitted the housing over time. Then the housing crack from impact. New lower unit not going to be treated that way!

Exactly what I use also, works great, and its easy and quick so can do it more often. Can even hit it with a scrub brush if needed.
