found these 40 ml clear plastic jars with clear lids on amazon. they fit perfectly in the Plano 3700 4-24 boxes. just got some for small parts unsure how thy will hold up but 12 for 8 bucks worth a try.

This is how I currently keep my bullet weights separated but I think your idea will work better.
