The issue does not happen with factory loads. I too thought is was the extractor, hence the deep clean of the gun.

I decap and resize on a RCBS press. This way if a 380 is in the mix, I can sort it out.
The other steps of reloading are done on a Lee Progressive.

I have measured a handful of spent brass, before decaping / resizing and all have fell within spec. 0.744 - 0.754.

    Final Conclusion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tried everything I could think of, while maintaining SAFE Limits.
Power loads from 4.0 to 4.4 of TiteGroup
Round OAL 1.41 up to 1.52
    Deep Clean of the Pistol.
    All Brass lengths fell specs.

I conclude the pistol just needs more rounds cycled through it to accept the slight variation that comes with reloading. I do not, nor have not, had any issues with any other pistol, or my revolver, with my 9mm reloads.

If it was my gun, I would polish the slide and the butt end of the chamber. If the owner wants me to try that fine, otherwise: Returning the pistol to its rightful owner!

This is where I start if having feeding / ejection problems. Sometimes a different magazine is all it takes.

Try a different magazine first then check the extractor(s).

Thanks for all the suggestions on a "Different Magazine". I'll see what I can find and "Gift" the owner a couple of them. Thanks!

I've never experienced a bad magazine myself but have seen it happen on a couple utube videos. Definitely worth a try.

Kimbers like the heavy bullet, don't try to use lighter grain. If I remember correctly in the pamphlet that came with the gun says to use the heavy grain. Thats what the gun was designed to shoot. Its not the gun, ammo, its operator error. If the extractor is good and spitting the spent casings in about the same area, its the light bullets as the culprit
