How do I hook up Power Pole charge to this set up ?
wanted to run 2 36V trolling batteries separately if I wanted.

How do I hook up Power Pole charge to this set up ?

Simple answer is you can’t. Power pole charge can’t charge 2 individual 36v batteries on a breaker that separates them. Just remove the breaker and run them in parallel.

That's what I figured, It would charge them both if batt selector was on ALL and the charge was on the the comm stud of the switch but at that point the switch is useless. Looks like i'll just hook them parallel and be done with it.
Also it’s worse on your setup to drain 1 down to dead then switch over to the other. You are way better off long term to cycle both evenly down to say 50% SOC on each trip than draining 1 down to 0% and then switching over. Even lithiums can have a shorter life the more you drain them. Something like cycling a battery from 100% down to 60% will give you 1000 cycles but if you go from 100%-20% or less SOC you might only get 500 cycles. If you look at most SOC vs life time cycles charts for lithium you will see something similar to those stats.
