Prop install and thrust washer

I have a vf250la sho and have recently got a razor 4xl prop for it. When installing the prop does the thrust washer that is for the t1 prop come off and the washer with the hub kit go directly on the prop shaft or is the t1 thrust washer stay on the shaft and the thrust washer that’s in the hub kit go over the t1 washer as the t1 washer fits inside the merc hub washer almost perfect. I don’t know if it supposed to be a 2 piece thrust washer or just the merc washer as the hollowed out side of the merc washer is throwing me off.
