    Lowrance Ghost without Lowrance Electronics

    Morning all, I just purchased a Ghost and am having difficulty finding any sort of useful information on the funcationality without the use of lowrance elctronics.

    Can I still program the foot pedal buttons manually without a graph? Can I still use heading lock and course lock?

    Really thinking this was a mistake as the lowrance remote sucks.. The minn kota I pilot remote is far superior IMO. I use the North up button all the time on my minn kota for spot to spot hopping. Really hopeful I can use that feature on the lowrance without spending another $1000.00+ on a graph.

    You cannot do anything you are asking about without a graph. Anchor Lock will work and the jog function of the remote will work. But none of the integrated Lowrance features will work if there is no graph connected. Including the built in transducer.
