    1979 I flew with 4 other guys to Hawaii. It was an impressive flight. We went and backpack hiked for 6 weeks. Good times.

    I only got to play around in the 747 sim a few times. It was fairly easy to work with. I’ve liked Boeing products because they all seem the same. I went from Boeings (707/720 & 737) to the DC8 back to Boeing (757 & 767). The 8 was a great plane but a handful to fly well. Anything with a ‘B’ in front is much more driver friendly.

    Got to go to dinner with Malcolm Stamper a few times when I worked for his son. Interesting man.

    There are several 747's that operate here at CVG. It'll be neat having the new girl here too.
