    Air fryer steak

During my lunchtime I snagged a porterhouse for dinner. I got home from work late today and went to fire up the gasser but it seems like there is a leak in the hose or regulator as gas started hissing out when I opened the tank valve. Already had the steak at room temp and seasoned and did not want to get a chimney going for the other grill on account of it being 35 degrees and raining so I resorted to using the air fryer.

I could not believe how well it turned out. Super quick and easy to cook and was juicy but formed a really nice crust. I will now be cooking steak in the air fryer more often. Maybe put some fries in there to sop up the juices.

wait until you cook thick cut pork chops, they come out great. 9-10 minutes per side.

Depends how thick they are cut but the Ninja Foodi really does a great job on Air Crisp.

I had a similar situation with some pork chops a few days back. Cooked them in the air fryer and they came out fantastic. Perfectly done and super juicy. We were late to the air fryer game but now use it daily.

We have the Ninja air fryer and it does a good job on reheating a steak.

Same experience with filet mignon. They turn out perfect in the air fryer.

Sounds like it works great. I use air fryer for almost everything except steaks. I like my grill at 600degrees when throwing on the beef in hopes of retaining all the juices that a good sear provides. Now, reheating I would try it....

not bragging, been doing this for a few years love the air fryer. I might suggest that you heat the AF up for 2-3 minutes beforre cooking thicker peices of meat.

The Air Fryer is so versatile, we use it 2-3 times/week. Less mess and more efficient.

All air fryers are different. Trial and error to get things right. I'm kinda tired of fooling with ours.
