    best graph setup

Currently I am running a helix 10 SI on the console and a helix 9 at the bow with Mega 360. I am getting Mega live soon, and want to have a second graph on the bow so I can run both live and 360 at the same time.
I am stuck between getting a 12 and putting it on the console and moving the 10 on the bow, or putting the 12 on the bow with the 9. or getting 2 10's and butting them both on bow.

I have a hard time seeing the 360 on the 9" I'm old and my eyes are bad..

I suppose I could get the two 10" and then put them on telescoping mount if I have issues seeing them :)

    What are your opinions?

    Thanks

Seems like most people prefer the size and definition up front with the mega 360, which is where the majority of fishing time is spent. Unless your idling around scanning more than most, where you would want those benefits at the console.

Get the biggest screen your wallet will allow. I have two Apex 16's at the bow and I love it. I'm 6'4", so I'm farther from the screens than most.

Love the APEX 16's.... Someday maybe.
The 10" vs 12" comparison is huge. Going from a 9" to 12" would be huge. I may just have to get a 12 and switch screens now and then.

it is HUGE. I have a 10 and a 9. my buddy has a 10 and a 12. the 12 looks double the size of the 10. I know it isn't but the difference is so much greater than 9 to 10.

I retired my perfectly running Helix 9 for the same reasons you are considering a new, larger display. I went with Helix 12 & 15 on the bow. Major improvement over a 9 & 12.

I have been running two Helix 9's on my bow for over three years now. My old boat didn't have the room up there for much bigger so they worked great. But now my new boat has more room and I am going to two Helix 12's. The 9's are big enough for both M360 and ML, and I had no trouble seeing anything. But the 360 does look better on the larger units.

My two Helix 9's are for sale in the classifieds now: https://www.bbcboards.net/showthread.php?t=1211201
