I have MB Destroyer Oneten Special, Expride A and Expride B jerbait rods. The P5 may be different than the Destroyer line however. I like do like all 3 but in this order MB110 best, EB, and EA last. I just used the Expride B exclusively yesterday for 15 fish yesterday on a 110+1.
To me, handle length is as much a defining factor in a jerk bait rod as is the action of the tip. I agree with hollopoint94 above that the length of the Expride handle is a bit too long for jerk baits IMO. The Dobyns 705cb and the Megagbass 6'-11" handles are a good 1-2 inches shorter than the Expride. Both are great rods...Originally Posted by King31
