HELP PowerPole Charge will not turn on.

First, it worked fine. Today in the middle of a big event the trolling motor died. The batteries did not charge or had not for a few days. Bought a charger for the middle battery 36v system. the middle battery now has a charge. Reconnected the two side batteries correctly. PowerPole charge just shut itself completely off. Will not turn on. Currently plugged in but the charge won’t turn on. Power poles pdf does not include troubleshooting this issue. Oh and fuses are good
