    Motorcycle auction..Mike Wolfe's collection..

This weeks auction in Las Vagas at Mecum Auctions just started. Said Mike Wolfe's collection is over 100 motorcycles. He's selling a big chunk, over 40 bikes.

He has some old ones for sure. That one for 115,000..... Damn.

Is this a sign that the Bike market is going to hit the crapper even worse than it already has in the general used Harley market?

I say 1 of 2 things. 1 the market is really good because all the bikes up for auction so far have sold or,
2 he hasn’t put a reserve on them because it seems like most of the Mecum items up for auction don’t sell initially which I find very boring.

Read an article he wants to focus on real old bikes 1900's versions. My dad had Indians if you look some have the shifter on the right because the throttle was on the left. When he got rid of them he asked if I wanted any. I said no because I rode Yamaha's. I was a dumb kid back then.

It's all about the hype and the inside buying potential

Nice old Harleys and Indians. I’m sure Mike did very well on those bikes profit wise!
