1986 Cajun Grand Bateau fuse panel location

Looking for the main fuse panel. Nothing under dash, back by the battery, or behind panels.
No breakers at the switches.
Most of the wiring under dash looks original, with the exception of typical add on's.
No sign of a panel being cut out or bypassed.

Anyone know. I dont think i have ever seen a boat without some sort of fuse panel or breakers.

It may not have a fuse panel, the 1985 Demon II that I had did not, but rather inline fuses, and not many of those.
