    Paducah area hotels

My wife and I are traveling south and we are looking to spend a night in the Paducah area. Just wondering if someone could recommend an area or maybe one to stay away from. Thank you very much for your help.No boat.

The area around the mall at the 60 exit (exit 4) is perfect for an overnight. Many hotels and any kind of restaurant you can imagine. If your wife sews, the Quilt Museum and Hancock Fabrics will blow her mind if you can spend a little time. Downtown is nice. It’s not a big city, so you can cover it all from an interstate hotel.

As stated above, Exit 4 is the mall area and there are a bunch of motels in this area. There is also a newer Holiday Inn down on the River.
