Garmin 106sv Navionics Vision +

Hey guys, hopefully y’all can help me out a little bit . I upgraded my old humminbird units for 2 garmin 106sv on the Black Friday sale and after a few times going out on the local lakes I decided I wanted better maps that were more along the lines of the purchased maps on my birds . So, I bought the navionics vision + maps / subscription on the active captain app , updated , downloaded the maps on my units through the active captain app.

I went to a local lake yesterday and I’m not impressed not even a tad bit.

Im hoping I need to mess with menu options , settings or something . Surely the difference isn’t this crazy .

What specific lake is this?

The one pictured is Caddo lake in north Louisiana. It appears all the local lakes look like this versus the humminbird .
