1” hole maybe . Wires just coming through. I don’t understand if this is a problem.

May I ask where you bought your phone holder? It looks pretty secure. Mine is mounted on a suction cup on the starboard side of my console with the bottom of the phone holder resting on the carpet just inside the gunnel. I use 2 rubber bands as security so that my phone doesn't pop out of the holder. However, I like the design of yours.

I have an older 2016 RT, I know it’s different. But I worked with Nate at TBN Midwest and he came up with this mount for me. I know he’s offering them for the earlier RT. No wheel spacer needed and it’s solid. I’m not sure how much difference there is in the consoles but he was great to work with and the cost was very fair compared to the other brands. For a custom mount, I’m
very happy. Electronics are expensive enough. Maybe an option for you?

It’s a ram quick grip universal . It comes with a ball on the back of the cradle.
It’s spring loaded and you an put the phone in with one hand. Very secure !

Install looks great. Is that a precision sonar mount? Also, did you end up running heavier wire for that graph?

Yes sir, Precision Sonar. 6awg from battery to Blue Sea 7181 (30a breaker/switch) - 6awg from breaker to Blue Sea 5025 (6 circuit fuse block) in center rod box (3a fuse) - 10awg from fuse block to Blue Sea 2504 (4 circuit terminal block), 1 in console, 1 in bow - 18awg lowrance power cable to terminal blocks FS 7 @ bow, Live 12 @ console. Hardest part was running the 6awg and putting the console shroud back (it has a sweet spot that takes some time to get just right, then boom it's on).
