Getting everything started. 4" Main Channel with 3" cradle bracing. Things are coming together.

Any updates on the trailer build?
I will get some pics soon, as finding axles have been $$$$ UFP Dexter . Placing the order for suspension and axles tomorrow thru Waymire. Lighting (Maxxima), jack (Fulton XLT), winch (Fulton G2), rollers, cables, wiring (5Wire), tie downs, breakaway, and actuator is all ordered or bought. I am still trying to decide which wheels I wanna go with. But am going to stay with a st205 75 14" tire, Goodyear Endurance. Still have to find and order SS Fenders.
It will be a leaf spring but with the Heavy Duty Kit that is bronze bushed and has grease fittings.

Making the back steps a little bigger as the front ones will be also. Getting hard to find those little ones. Mounting for the boat buckles and rollers are done. Back up and tail lights are cut out.
Coming along for the amount of time we have had to work, as we both have full time jobs. The trailer rails will be turned in, after we get the front steps and logo cut out, which should be in the next couple days.

Welded in washers for my wiring path, should be a good fit. Front steps are made, just waiting on the Champion Logo to be CNC'd to marry those up. Didn't get to work much this week, and am still waiting on Suspension hangers, as the weather last week delayed it.

Trial fitting today, along with building the bow step. My neighbor is a very talented craftsman!!
We are doing somethings that Bass Cat does, along with some things that was already on my old trailer. Champion cutout is designed, should have it early next week.

Champion Logo came out perfect. Thanks to Greg for hitting this out of the park, and of course to Ricky Barnes for all this quality fabricating and design.
Turning the trailer in is next, and still waiting on the hangers and Axles.
