Down here in Texas it is legal to power load, so no need.

SS Fenders is all I have left to buy. ETrailer is the best price I have found on fenders. Anyone got any other suggestions? SS is very hard to find, and also very expensive.

Not sure. Would a dealer have more contacts? Call this?

    Thanks Rod.

Got the hangers welded on and trial fit the springs and EQ. We are gonna have to trim the center hanger.

    Having Cypress boards cut also.

Got the marker lights laid out and drilled. Decided to go with single post LEDs with SS bases and a SS light bar for an old school look.

Rick got the trailer closed in now, and welded up the swing a way tongue. Looking better and better. I am gonna start sanding this thing down pretty soon! Fenders are due to arrive Monday, the axles still don't have a ship date. I am also thinking I may put a few additional marker lights on.

Nice Work Doug! My tube trailer is in good shape at this point but during the season I'm on a creeper once a month checking welds. I'd really like to take the idiot who thought a tube trailer was a good idea to the wood shed.

Marker lights: Fill in the dead spots might keep someone from trying to run over it. Way to much crap going on the roads.

Got the bow stop built and drilled for the winch. Also have the jack mounting plate welded on. Got my wheels today and tires last week. Fenders came Monday.

Thanks for all the compliments, still have a good bit to go!

Built a grab pole and steps to get in from the bow. We've also got the spare tire rack built and welded on. We still have to build the pad to put the extra hub complete with bearings, in front of the spare, I will get a pic of it when that is completed. Axles were 2 weeks out as of Wed. We still have to measure and make the bunk supports, other than that, we are about done with the fabrication.

Here is what we have gotten done. Bow Stop, grab pole, steps, spare tire rack w/extra hub assembly, and the extra marker lights are done. We are trial assembling the SS Fenders. I decided I wanted to put BFGs on instead of GY Endurances, just to give it a old school look. Wheels came from Tredtire in Arlington TX, they have SS center caps.

Didn't get a pic, but we have the bunk supports made and welded up. The axles will ship from Indianapolis either Friday or Monday per Waymires. Thanks for all the interest and kind words.
