    Rear hull/transom cap

Hey Everyone! We have a 2001 Champion 193 DC that we are restoring. Does anyone have a source for the stainless steel transom cap (where the hull and top cap meet at the transom)? Been looking for one for a while. Any suggestions if OEM can't be found?

    Thank you,

Carol at C&O would be my bet here. They bought all the left-over inventory from the Mountain Home plant when it shut down in 2001. I also don't think it will be unique to just the 01 193, so might have measurements handy.

I don't have that specifically identified in this thread unless IMS built them as well.

I had a 95 190 Champ that I made a new cap on. I took a piece of aluminum angle and drilled and beveled the screw holes. Took a burring tool and cut the edge off and then polished it. Looked great. It did sit slightly lower on the transom cause the original cap was shorter on the transom side but you would never notice it was replaced.
