Hi Smokers, and BBQ folks!
I ordered a new Camp Chef Wood Wind Pro 36 this morning to replace my Pitboss Laredo. My Laredo still takes an hour to get to 400*. Does anyone have any experience with the new Camp Chefs?
I watched a ton of videos, but I am stoked to use the additional wood box that allows for actual hardwood smoke to be used along with pellets!
