    Camp Chef Wood Wind Pro 36

    Hi Smokers, and BBQ folks!

    I ordered a new Camp Chef Wood Wind Pro 36 this morning to replace my Pitboss Laredo. My Laredo still takes an hour to get to 400*. Does anyone have any experience with the new Camp Chefs?

    I watched a ton of videos, but I am stoked to use the additional wood box that allows for actual hardwood smoke to be used along with pellets!

    I have a 24 Woodwind Wifi. It does not have the additional wood box. But I love my Camp Chef. It's equivalent to the Traeger. I've done everything you can think of on mine and everything has turned out great. Doing Pork Butt Burnt Ends tomorrow! Yummy!
