High Rock
Well I’m not sure why we are going to High Rock when we are catching big slabs on Jordan but we are. Can someone tell me an area to fish and an area NOT to fish please. Sold the panoptics so just using a regular helix 9.

High Rock is extremely muddy, over New Years Flat Swamp was the dirtiest I've ever seen it in 30 years. Once you go under the 2nd bridge it clears up some and that's where most crappie boats were. Not many under highway 8 bridge like last year.

Every time I've been there has been a floatilla around the hwy 8 bridge. I've never seen a lake get hammered by crappie fisherman the way high rock does. No way in this world would I drive more than 10 minutes to go to high rock to crappie fish when there are about 15 different lakes within an hour drive that are better. Jordan is way better for crappie. But if you like to catch 7-8 inchers, you will love high rock.
