    Douglas boat ramps

I am new to the Sevierville area and am looking forward to hitting the lake. What are the best ramps to use?

Right now Dandridge public ramp is the only one that is relative easy to use once water level drops. As the lake starts to come up, you can use Indian Creek and maybe Swanns. Swanns is tough when water is down. Also the one at the dam is usable but can be a pain when water is really low. I use mainly India Creek anymore since I am there anyway. Hope this helps, good luck.

Closest ramp from Sevierville to Douglas is at the dam. Next would be Shady Grove. No nice parking lot but plenty of parking on the dirt or gravel.

Other than Dandridge most of the ramps suck. Dandridge can be a pain as it gets busy. To be such a big lake access is pitiful.
