Bilge Hose Help

Need to replace my bilge hose but can't get my hand/arm in the side of the rear compartment where is goes out the boat. Question is do these ports screw out to get the new hose on or is there another way to get the hose off and on this outlet that I have attached. Thanks

I couldn’t figure mine out either, I cut and spliced them above the batteries and left like a foot of the old hose.

I’m pretty sure you can’t get to the nut on the backside. Most likely was installed before the cap and hull were mated.

Thank you both. Just doesn’t seem right but the splice was what I was thinking also.

You can get it .......you need a buddy with small arms and a long reach with patience.
