I'd wait a couple years till they sort out the issues.
That goes against every Toyota our family has owned. From Tundras to Tacos to Highlands and Camry’s have been nothing but Rock Solid. It’s now the only manufacturer our family considers.

A OLD Tundra is my 2007 and she just keeps purring down the road while towing my boat. But she does like to stop for gas but that still beats buying diesel fuel or having it repaired all the time.

I would be curious to what is considered “suffering” or what are more specific issues?

Could you be more specific and include some verified examples?

You can fast forward to about 26 mins to view what may be issues, mainly fit and finish.

If I was in the market for a half ton pickup the Tundra would be at the top of my list.

I second that comment. My family and I feel the exact same way. Toyota has proven it time and time again for us.
