Replacement spinnerbait blades
Do you guys just take the one off the split ring and add a new one?
Or do you use a swivel and a split ring that you added to the one waiting to be changed? If so what size swivel?

If there’s a ball bearing swivel on already I just change the blade

I do the same, only change the blade unless the split ring is junk and looks damaged, and I also change the swivel if it isn't spinning freely, however a damaged BB swivel is rare.
Another trick is to use a snap that will fit in the swivel hole (and sit even/clean/flat in that slot) as a replacement for a split ring. This makes changing of blades on the water much easier. Even better, replace with a quality BB snap swivel on the back of the spinnerbait arm.
