I've learned you just go with your gut. Every time I do a last second change it bites me in the ass. I swapped Hackney for Christie the night before and lost a few points there. Luke Palmer being late the first day cost me some too.

I'm sitting the highest I've ever been in the overall. I'm sure I'll screw it up somehow. Murray will probably get me.

Shanked it this week. First 2 days my guys weighed in 38 of a possible 50 bass. 4 limits in 2 days. Hard to do well like that. Who would have thought Hackney wouldn't catch a limit on a cypress tree lake?

Apparently, it was a wonky bite. He uncharacteristically couldn't keep the good ones pinned and it cost him and us who picked him. I originally was going to go with Cobb, but thought Hackney was pretty much a sure thing. No a good decision on my part.
