I've got an avx 1980 and the front seat pedestal that came with it is too short for me to just lean against. Wondering if anyone has found a good replacement that is longer or an extension that might work with the standard pedestal.

Following I haven't found one yet either I quit looking
Springfield plug in type 1300902 22 1/4-28 3/4 or 1642008 25 1/2 - 29 1/2. I use for both sitting and standing. Both are power rise post. Got mine from Amazon.

If you’re not an Instagram person Google Blacttip Fabrication Emperor stool. The standard height but I bet they can make a taller one.
Just hold on to your hat when you see the price. The owner messaged me that the standard stool is $695 and $75 for color matched powder coat. The you’d need to get Kennedy mounting hardware.
My AVX 2180cc came with a stumpy post for front and back. I'm only 6'2 and there was no way of using it. Because of the goofy spring clip/clip lock it was a bit difficult to find any replacement.
