Live every day to the fullest. Living in the moment not sure I would take the advice you are giving out. Your desire to meet your current goals outweighs your future desires plus there is no promise of tomorrow.
A good litmus test to see if you would do it differently is would you take a loan out to buy a new boat today or save up for it over a period of years and then pay cash for the boat? Most will want the item today and not wait.

Move to Canada, marry pretty lady, learn to hunt caribou, fish for muskies & enjoy affordable healthcare.

How true. I was once told by a friend who had just gone through management training classes......after voicing my opinion about them piling more work on me.....they were taught to give your best employees more to do than they can handle because they will find a way to get it done. Sort of a backhanded compliment

Go racing. Just do it.
Don't start smoking, start saving, get a good education or trade. Don't be afraid to take a chance once in awhile. Allow others to be wrong as you will be wrong real soon and the Golden Rule.
