    Powertech Props

Any success with these props - the 4 or 5 blade versions?

Running a BRV4 on my XRS / 300R. Had BRV5 before that, cracked a blade.

A friend of mine with a 300R really likes the BRV5. He did sling a blade on one but he ordered another one because he said you can't get anything close to the all around performance for the price on the 300R.

I ran a TRO4 on my last boat for about 8 years with no issues.

Wonder how the 4 or 5 blade would do on a 300xs? Holeshot, mid and top end?

Randy, I have not run the BRV on a 2 stroke but, I think it is safe to assume the BRV4 is similar to the Bravo. They have one set of PVS holes and according to Mark Croxton they run a little stiffer than the Bravo. I have run both a 5 blade and 4 blade on the 300R. I am now running a 4 blade per Mark Croxton's recommendation.

I’d like to try the 4 and a 5. May give them a whirl sometime. Thanks Ronnie!
