    I used caliber bunk wrap.I just back trailer in a tad deeper & float up to roller, get out hook up winch & good. Never have to power load whatsoever & hasn't skinned the bottom of my boat. Caliber is supposedly only for aluminium hulls but doing it like i do hasn't been a problem at all for me.

    BassCat’s online store sells 24oz bunk carpet. Most others use 16 or 20 ounce bunk carpet.

    I went with a lighter weight carpet to aid quick drying. I have heard of prolonged wet bunks causing blisters on the hull.
    Enjoying life in Southern Illinois
