    Not really a good choice in Fl. shallow weedy lakes. It’s more of a cold water lure. Not saying it can’t catch fish here
    just not practical.

    Hey Jim! I was a guide on the Kissimmee chain for over 30 years and have had several people who have tried them because "they catch the devil out of em back home" ....had one gentleman catch a speck (crappie) about 2 pounds once - no bass

    I've caught some decent fish on a couple lakes and the St Johns but it was deeper water with no grass.
