I'm trying to update a C-Maps cards if have. When I go on C-Maps website it says this requires a Windows device??? Anyone have a workaround for this or can help me out, we don't have a Windows device in our house?

Only “work-around” I can think of is to run Windows on that Mac (a VM, dual boot, Parallels, etc).
If I had a mac, and needed windows OS to update C-MAP card, I would buy a used $89.95 & free shipping Windows-10 Dell with a Card Reader from eBay computer-seller with thousands of sales and 100% positive feedback. Windows 10 is supported thru Oct 2025.
