Lithium battery won't power on helix

Hi everyone. I am new to lithium batteries. Here is my issue. I have two 20ah lithium batteries. I made a portable shuttle for my helix 7 so I can use it ice fishing here in maine. I hooked up one of the batteries to the unit tonight and it wouldn't power it on. My lithium charger says its fully charged. I swapped batteries and put the 2nd 20ah lithium battery I have in the shuttle and it powers the helix just like normal. What could be wrong with the 1st battery?

Measure the voltage on the terminals and start from there.

Sorry should have posted that. It was 13.3 at the terminals and on the plug end. Which I don't understand at all. The unit should fire right up but doesn't. But works just fine with the other battery which reads the same voltage

Measure with the unit hooked up as you press the power button.

Like a drill battery? If so, I bet you're not getting good contact in the carrier with the one battery. Clean the leads with stainless brillo pad or something. Maybe some electrical contact grease. If its not a drill battery then

Does the questionable battery hold voltage under load

Does the questionable battery work with another 12v item like a pump or light

Thanks everyone. No the battery does not hold voltage under load. Checked it when I got home tonight and it drops straight down to 6v. Junk unfortunately.

Does it have a bluetooth connection that gives you maintenance info?
